An Offshore company is a joint stock company, a partnership limited by shares, a limited liability company, or a private joint stock company registered in the Kingdom and conducts its business abroad. The phrase (Offshore company) should be added to its name.\n\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n2. The offshore company shall be registered according to the Jordanian Companies Law.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n2. The application for the Offshore company registration shall be submitted to the officer of the company control department, following the form approved for this purpose, attached to its Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, indicating the type of the company and its objectives.\n\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n3. Non-Jordanian nationality requires approvals from intelligence, the ministry of interior and public security.\n\n<\/p><\/div><style>.porto-u-2944.porto-u-heading{text-align:inherit}<\/style><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-1fd4e5be elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" style=\"\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nThe Offshore company is obligated to:\n\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\u2022\tWork within the objective for which it was established.\n\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\u2022\tNot to exercise any of its objectives inside the Kingdom.\n\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\u2022\tTo have a clear material headquarters in the Kingdom.\n\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\u2022\tA certified accountant should be appointed as the registered certified accountant to fill tax returns annually.\n\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\u2022\tA legal advisor should be appointed to act as the registered lawyer with the Jordan Bar Association annually.\n\n<\/p><\/div><style>.porto-u-9632.porto-u-heading{text-align:inherit}<\/style><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t<section style=\"\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nThe Offshore company may hold company meetings inside or outside the Kingdom.\n\n<\/p><\/div><style>.porto-u-8157.porto-u-heading{text-align:inherit}<\/style><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-789d8536 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" class=\"porto-u-sub-heading\" style=\"\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nThe number of Jordanians working for an Offshore company in the Kingdom may not be less than half of the total number of its employees.\n\n<\/p><\/div><style>.porto-u-3790.porto-u-heading{text-align:inherit}<\/style><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-6be58e2a elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" class=\"porto-u-sub-heading\" style=\"\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nUpon approval of its registration, the exempted company shall submit an unconditional annual bank guarantee in the officer of the company control department name, automatically renewed to cover its obligations towards the Department, not less than (5000) J.D.\n\n<\/p><\/div><style>.porto-u-5060.porto-u-heading{text-align:inherit}<\/style><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-3bb5870d elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" style=\"\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nArticle 4\/c\/3 of the Income and Sales Tax Law The income of the following persons and entities shall be exempted from tax...(3) \u201cThe Offshore company is registered under the Companies Law and obtained from carrying out its business outside the
